As one of the most famous high end 750ml vsop glass liquor bottle manufacturers, HIKING has developed thousands of liquor bottle molds. This brandy style glass bottle is one of the first batch molds, traditional xo packaging bottles. There are three engraved place on the bottle, two sides and the bottom side. HIKING provide 500ml 700ml and 750ml size for this model, to meet the multi markets. All of the three sizes are thick base approx 25mm glass thickness, which makes the bottle much better quality and attractive looking. Like other international types of glass bottles, this 750ml xo liquor bottle comes with a bar top, use a natural wood cork to seal on the bottle. The mostly use decoration is silk screen printing, decal, hot stamping, frosting. For decal, there are high temperature and low temperature for clients’ options, there is a big difference on the price, and the printing can last longer if use high temperature. There is also another decorations becoming more and more popular for high end liquor packaging, it is electroplating, there are a few of different skills and technologies for electroplating on high end 750ml glass bottles, there are UV, hand painted electroplating, and a new effects looks like a wrinkle electroplating. Painting is a good choice if clients need a colored glass bottle but in a small batch, we accept small quantity for painting orders, and many many colors are available.

HIKING GLASS supply sufficient stock for high end 750ml glass bottles. We can deliver the cargo with one week for stock glass bottles if use our standard packaging method. For custom colored box packaging, it will take longer time. And we are not allowed to promise the fast delivery if clients buy caps and shrink wrap sleeves or other spare parts, as we have to check with our partners who produce the spare parts for liquor packaging.

• Stock de production 7-15 jours

If the spirit bottles are available at HIKING production line, then we can update the glass bottle schedule to make fast delivery real. One week for plain spirit bottles without any decoration. Two weeks for spirit bottles with decoration, like silk screen printing, frosting, spraying, electroplating, etc.

• Commande spéciale 20-30 jours

HIKING GLASS has developed thousands of glass bottle molds in past 10 years. Mostly of the spirit bottles are hot sale in many countries, mainly for 750ml vodka bottle, 700ml brandy bottle, 75cl whiskey glass bottle, and 500ml cognac spirits glass bottles. If distillery company choose from HIKING exist glass bottle designs, then it will save on mold cost, and quicker delivery time. High end 750ml glass bottles are available for a fast run instead of improving new mold. For standard packaging way, it usually takes 20 days for bulk glass bottle purchasing. And, 30 days for special packaging, like colored box.

• Commande sur mesure 40 jours

Some distillery company owns their exclusive liquor packaging, so they have their own glass bottle packaging. In this way, if they provide their glass bottle drawing, or glass bottle sample, even a glass bottle picture, HIKING glass bottle supplier will develop or copy a same glass bottle. We can emboss logo and engrave pattern on glass bottles. It takes 15 days to make the glass bottle mold and finish the glass bottle samples. An official glass bottle order starts after the liquor bottle samples approved by clients.

HIKING GLASS provide a safe packaging for long time and long way transport on both land and ocean. Our engineers provide few of different packaging methods to satisfy client’s requirements. We offer the most economic glass bottle packaging solutions depending on the multi cost caused in client’s country.

• Emballage en carton standard

Carton packaging is ideal for high end 750ml glass bottles with decoration, like printing glass bottles, and colored glass bottles. There are cardboard separations divide each bottle, avoid from friction. Carton packaging is widely used in the countries where the labor cost is low.

• Emballage de palettes (sans fumigation)

L'emballage sur palette est généralement destiné aux bouteilles de whisky simples, aux bouteilles en verre transparent sans aucune manipulation de surface. L'avantage de l'emballage sur palette est la facilité de chargement et de déchargement. Chaque bouteille est enveloppée dans du papier journal ou un sac en PE et fixée sur chaque espace séparé. L'emballage sur palette est largement utilisé dans les pays où le coût de la main-d'œuvre est élevé.

• Emballage en boîtes colorées personnalisées

Le fabricant de bouteilles de spiritueux en verre HIKING accepte également les emballages en boîtes colorées. Les distilleries utilisent généralement 6 bouteilles en verre par boîte ou 12 bouteilles en verre par boîte. HIKING a développé une nouvelle boîte d'emballage sans ruban adhésif, suffisamment solide pour les détaillants de spiritueux. La finition de la boîte peut être brillante ou mate, en fonction de la demande du client. Pour assurer la sécurité de la boîte et éviter les rayures, la boîte colorée sera placée sur des palettes et protégée par un film.
